This Years Most Popular Guns of 1863

This years guns were much more then they were in 1862. They have a larger clips, faster shots and can hit larger ranges. The North of course did much better than the south did and you can count on it that the North will for sure win this war. We had many new weapons and were much more advanced then the south. We used newer bayonets, rifles, handguns, and swords. Some of the new weapons were; the Model 1832 Foot Artillery Sword, the Model 1840 Light Artillery Saber. The most popular handguns used in the war were the Colt Army Model 1860, and the Remington Model 1858. The new popular rifles of the war are; the Springfield Model 1861 and the Pattern 1853 Enfield. And the a gun created by general Burnside the Burnside Rifle. Many of these guns and swords were used in the most important battles of the Civil War like Gettysburg, Battle of Bull Run, and Chicamunga.
